Among the restaurant's signature dishes is the Milos Special, a dish prepared by frying paper thin zucchini with eggplant and served with tzatziki sauce and graviera cheese saganaki. Others include grilled octopus served with chickpeas from Santorini and Capers and Kritamo, and Loup de Mer fish that is served along with virgin olive oil and capers.
Guests to the restaurant are encouraged to make reservations in advance to avoid last minute disappointments. A full menu will set you back US$61. It operates twice daily - from 12:00PM to 3:30PM and from 4:00 PM to 11:00PM.
