The chef owns a host of world acclaimed restaurant, including one in Paris that has earned the 3-Star Michelin rating. The Twist Restaurant has been awarded a Forbes Five Star Award in 2014.
The restaurant is located on the 24th floor of the Mandarin Oriental Complex. It features a classy dining room with 300 gold goblets that are designed to look like they are hanging on the ceiling. This creates the right atmosphere for the enjoyment of the delectable French cuisine served here.
The menu at the restaurant is divided into 3 categories namely;
Seasonal Menu - This include delicacies such as Seared Mexican Diamond Blue Shrimp, Foie gras and Chanterelle Soup among others.
Cocktail - This will comprises of drinks such as Bijoux Rouge, Eastern Drop, Manhattan Fino, Passion Fruit Sour, Lemon Grass Mojito, Cucumber and Cilantro Margarita, Negronise Sparkle and many others.
Dessert Menu - This include Macaronade Sable, Cheesecake Mousseline
Lemon Water, Pomegranates & Fresh Grapes, Chocolate Ganache Bar, Coffee Granite, Caramelized Hazelnuts and many more.
The restaurant is open only for dinner. It offers its guests the choicest a la carte dishes over a three course dinner. It also serves cut meats such as Californian Wagyu Beef Filet, Pennsylvania Veal Chop, Nebraska Prime Rib Eye, among others.
The restaurant boasts a private dining room that can host up to 16 people. This is particularly suitable for those that want to hold a private meeting as they enjoy their meals. It is also great for brainstorming sessions over cocktails.
